What do you need to start?
Send us product photos, a product link or your specifications, along with the quantity you need and the country you are shipping to. If you have a target price or delivery date, include those too.
You do not need a finished buying plan to get in touch. Tell us what is still undecided, and we will explain what we need to begin. We agree the work and fees with you before starting. See our pricing page for an overview.
How do you compare suppliers?
We look for suppliers that match your product and order size, contact them with the same requirements and compare their replies.
The comparison covers price, minimum order quantity, sample costs, packaging, production time and what is included in delivery. We point out missing details and extra costs so you can compare like for like. See a sample supplier comparison.
When quotes use trade terms such as FOB or EXW, we check the named location and clarify which costs each party covers. The ICC Incoterms® guidance explains these delivery terms.
Already found a supplier?
Yes. Send the supplier’s name or website, the product details and any quote you have received. We can help you compare the offer and ask about unclear prices, order terms or product details.
If you need a closer check of the company or its factory, our supplier verification service is the next step. A factory visit is a separate arrangement; it is not included in every sourcing search. We explain what has been checked and what still needs confirmation.
What happens after I choose?
We help you agree the next steps with the supplier, such as requesting samples and confirming product details, quantities and delivery dates. You approve the samples and order before moving ahead.
For custom packaging, use our packaging sourcing service. If goods need to be inspected before shipment, we can arrange third-party quality inspections under an agreed scope.
