Can I start without full specifications?
Yes. Send what you have and tell me what is uncertain. We can clarify the details together.
Who performs inspections and tests?
I carry out agreed on-site checks and purchasing follow-up. If your order needs laboratory testing or an independent inspection, I help arrange a third-party provider and follow up on the results. You approve the scope and cost first.
What will it cost?
I confirm the scope, timing and fees with you before work starts.
Who approves decisions?
You approve suppliers, payments and shipment. Supplier contact and field work follow your agreed scope and approval.
