Business inquiries

JFScope uses the contact and project details you send to review and answer your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive business files through a general site form.

Email updates

If you register interest in email updates, we record your email address and consent so we can confirm your request and send the sourcing updates you asked for. Registration does not promise a fixed email schedule. To withdraw consent, reply to the confirmation email or contact [email protected] and ask us to stop updates.

Project information

We review supplier lists, requests for quotation (RFQs), inspection reports and related files only for the sourcing or research discussion you request. Any wider sharing with suppliers or service providers should be agreed in a written project scope.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed for the discussion, project management or necessary business records. To ask to see, correct or delete inquiry or email-registration details, email [email protected].

Microsoft Clarity analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to learn how visitors use our site and improve our pages and services. It records page use, clicks, heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft processes site usage data for this purpose. Clarity masks form entries. Our tracking code excludes signed-in site administrators.

Clarity is set not to place analytics cookies by default. Without cookie consent, recordings are not linked across pages into one session. We do not use enquiry contents or contact details as custom analytics IDs.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit our site, which pages they read and how they found us. It collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type and referring sites, and uses first-party cookies to recognise a returning browser. Google processes this data for us. Our tracking code excludes signed-in site administrators.

When someone reaches our thank-you page after sending an enquiry, we record that an enquiry was sent. We do not send enquiry contents, names or contact details to Google Analytics. This site does not load advertising or remarketing tags.
