What information should I send?
Send your product type, supplier locations, carton quantities, weights and dimensions if available, arrival dates and final destination.
Flag batteries, liquids, fragile goods or other special handling needs so acceptance can be checked before delivery.
What needs a separate agreement?
Receiving and consolidation are not a quality inspection. Agree counting, photos, repacking and any extra handling before work starts.
