Buyer workflow

How JFScope Works

JFScope structures China sourcing work around buyer decisions: define the question, collect evidence, identify gaps, recommend a decision and support the approved next step.

How We Work

Five stages from question to decision

1. Fit reviewConfirm the buyer question, category, market, stage and decision deadline.
2. ScopeDefine evidence sources, field work, deliverables, limitations, timing and fees.
3. Evidence reviewSeparate public records, supplier statements, documents, field observations and transaction evidence.
4. Buyer decision briefTranslate findings into approve, verify, renegotiate, delay, replace or reject decisions.
5. Approved execution
Supplier contact, factory visits, inspection follow-up or sourcing coordination begins only after the buyer approves the next step.
